These Terms govern services provided by Ms. Copywrite, 6833 Betts Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45239, USA. By placing an order or completing checkout, you agree to these Terms.
We provide copywriting and related content services. All deliverables are digital and delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
An order is confirmed when Stripe processes payment. You must be 18 or older to order. By completing checkout you confirm acceptance of these Terms and our Refund Policy.
Writing does not begin until a completed project brief is returned by the client. The delivery timeline begins from receipt of a completed brief, not from payment date.
Revision rounds are included per package as specified. Requests that change the scope, audience, or strategic direction beyond what was agreed in the brief are discussed separately and may incur additional fees.
Confirmed delivery dates are met. If a delivery cannot be made on the confirmed date, we notify the client at least 24 business hours in advance.
Upon full payment, all rights to the copy we write for you transfer to you. We retain the right to mention the project as a work sample unless you request otherwise in writing.
We treat all client briefs and materials as confidential. Non-disclosure agreements are available on request for sensitive projects.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
