Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

All Ms. Copywrite deliverables are sent electronically. No physical materials are shipped. Copy is delivered as Google Docs, Word documents (.docx), PDF, or directly into your CMS, as agreed.

2. Delivery Timeline

All delivery timelines begin from receipt of a completed project brief, not from payment date. Timelines by package:

• Starter Package: 14 business days from completed brief
• Growth Package: 21 business days from completed brief
• Authority Package: 30 business days from completed brief
• Rush Add-On: 5 business days (Starter-scope projects only)
• Individual services: Confirmed at project kickoff

3. What Happens After Payment

1. Immediate: Stripe sends a payment receipt to your email.
2. Within 2 business hours: We send the project brief document to your inbox.
3. Within 1 business day of brief receipt: We confirm the assigned writer, timeline, and delivery format in writing.
4. On confirmed delivery date: First draft delivered to your inbox with structure notes and revision instructions.
5. 14 days post-final delivery: Project support window for questions.

4. Accepted Delivery Formats

Google Docs, Microsoft Word (.docx), PDF, plain text, or CMS paste-in. Let us know your preference when you return the project brief.

5. Late Delivery

If we cannot meet a confirmed delivery date, we notify you at least 24 business hours in advance. Delays caused by late brief return or slow revision feedback are not counted as delivery failures.
